After finishing his commerce and engineering degree with a major in marketing at UWA, Hursh worked directly for Google for a year before founding and running Aligned Agency (formerly Tradesign Digital Agency). Over the last 8 years since the journey began, he has worked directly with 100’s of businesses across sales, digital marketing, strategy, customer experience and retention. Before hiring our highly capable team, Hursh managed every digital marketing campaign and website project himself and developed 1000’s of hours of digital marketing and high level business experience. This means that when you enquire with us - you will be speaking to a highly experienced digital marketing specialist and business consultant, not a slick talking "sales person" that has barely any hands on experience.

Connor has spent the last 10 years growing his career across small and large agencies across Western Australia, including some in house roles for large ASX listed companies. He has worked to successfully grow 100s of businesses from small businesses right through to large organisations across the entire suite of digital marketing strategies and website design projects. Connor has led marketing teams across Australia and brings this leadership, strategic and managerial experience to ensure all high level strategy and operations are running smoothly at Aligned Agency.

Before Jas joined the Aligned team, she was the office manager at Allroads Transport Engineers in Albany - the South West’s largest logistics and fabrication business and handled the operations of the business including their website and digital marketing campaigns. Outside of this role she has run her own website and social media pages for “The Peace Project” and the not for profit “Drive For MND” that she is an active board member for. At Aligned, Jas has spent 3+ years strategising, project managing and delivering game changing website and branding projects and has more 5 star reviews to her name than we can count on 6 hands!

Nick brings over 6 years of digital marketing and SEO experience to the team at Aligned! Starting his career in sales and marketing in the commercial real estate space, his pathway evolved over the years into a high level of specialisation in all things SEO and digital marketing. Nick's role at Aligned is to bring the latest and greatest of SEO to our amazing clients to help them grow their rankings, traffic and most importantly sales through their website and Google Business Profiles.

Ben spent over 2 years in the Singapore military and after returning to Australia, he earned his masters in marketing at Curtin University, and has spent the last 5 years working in digital marketing, lead generation and business consulting roles both in house and at agencies. At Aligned, Ben actively manages the strategy and implementation of tailored digital marketing campaigns across search and social platforms to continually achieve and smash our clients goals.

After completing his masters in marketing at Curtin University, Ethan built his experience working at local digital agencies before finding his home at Aligned. Ethan works with our amazing clients alongside the team to create and deliver high performance digital marketing campaigns across SEM, SEO and Social Media for our clients. His keen eye for design ensures everything he delivers doesn't just grow businesses, but looks pretty damn good too.

Jan has spent over 9 years in web development and SEO roles in the USA and Australia. She has been with us for over 5 of those years at Aligned developing and managing websites as well as implementing organic and local SEO strategies for our clients to dominate the key positions on Google for their industry. Jan started working with Google Business Profiles (formerly GMB) just one week after they were launched by Google making her one of the most qualified specialists on the planet!

Before we were lucky enough to get Paradise on the Aligned team, she spent years working at Google itself in the Google Ads team over in the Phillipines and was in charge of key accounts spending millions of dollars per year on Google Ads (formerly Google Adwords). She brings over 10 years of SEM experience to our incredible clients and works alongside Connor, Ben and Ethan to create, strategise and optimise campaigns to generate excellent business growth results. Between Connor, Paradise, Ben and Hursh, the Aligned team has nearly 30 years of SEM experience making us the dream team to drive results on Google.

Patrick joined the team with just over a year of hands on experience with Google Ads and search engine marketing. Before joining our team, Patrick managed a large Google Ads account for his family business in auto servicing and auto parts before being mentored and taught by Connor, Paradise and the rest of our Google Ads team. At Aligned, Patrick proactively analyses our clients SEM accounts based on our optimised internal processes and works with the team to implement key improvements on a weekly basis to ensure our clients are getting the best possible results at all times.

Divya has been a financial controller and a business consultant for over 30 years. Having started her career at the International “Big 4” accounting firm PWC, Divya left her managerial post to enter the commercial sector. Divya has held many roles in the tier 1,2 and 3 companies handling different aspects of a finance and accounting department. At Aligned, Divya is our CFO and accountant helping us keep our business healthy so that our team can focus all of our attention on helping your business achieve its goals.

Mahfuz is our resident master of all things Wordpress and is our lead developer on all website projects. He brings over a decade of experience in web development to every project and is consistently up to date with every new development in the Wordpress and web development world. Mahfuz focuses on developing our websites to be fast, secure and effective and has been working with our team for over 7 years.
