Hey, I’m Mark. I like to keep things moving—growth, new ideas, the next step forward. Sitting still isn't really my thing. As Pod Lead and Head of Strategy at dilate, I work with the team to build businesses that grow, adapt, and stand out in all the right ways. Every client gets treated like they’re my own business, because that’s just how I operate. I don't have time for fluff, or gimmicks, just real strategies that work.

I believe in keeping it real, doing right by people, and making sure the work actually works. But as much as I thrive in the fast-paced world of digital marketing, I know the best ideas don’t always come from a desk. That’s why I make space for the slow moments—salty air, long hikes, a little perspective.

At the end of the day, nothing beats my son’s giggles, my wife’s smile, and my golden retriever’s endless enthusiasm. That’s what keeps me grounded—so I can keep pushing forward.
