Introduction:

We were introduced via referral to Harry and Jaxon from The Pressure Cleaning Guys in early 2020 just before the pandemic by one of our roofing clients. Harry and Jaxon were both working full time and had built up a great little side business doing pressure cleans on afternoons and weekends. They wanted to take the business to the next level and transform it into a leading company in Perth in the pressure cleaning industry while being able to manage it and still work their full time roles. An ambitious goal but they had a game plan.

GOALS:

The boys wanted to utilise digital marketing to take the business to the next level of revenue and hire a contractor team to do the work while building up a management schedule that would allow them to manage the business remotely.

Short Term: 

• To get away from relying on Hi-Pages, Service Seeking and other job sites for cheap, price driven work. 
• To generate a steady flow of reliable leads and jobs for their most profitable services in the residential sector. 
• To start generating a strong brand name and presence outside of paid advertising. 

Long Term:

• Build multiple sources of leads from digital marketing to always have a steady stream of high value jobs. 
• To build long term SEO and digital assets to grow into being the leading pressure cleaning business in Perth
• To grow a large team to get completely away from the work and into management. 
• To grow a commercial services division and be geared up to doing large jobs and projects in commercial spaces.

Solutions:

Over a 2.5 year period we executed and integrated multiple digital marketing strategies and websites projects to achieve all of the above goals. 

In order of execution, these have included:

1. Conversion rate optimisation on their website and creating landing pages out of their service pages for targeted Google Ads campaigns. Identifying their most profitable services then launching and optimising Google Ads campaigns to bring through strong, reliable inbound lead flow. 
2. Using our proprietary local SEO domination method to continually optimise and rank their Google Business Profile at the top of search engine results for a wide range of their services. Helping them create and deploy a 5 star review strategy to set them miles apart from their competitors. 
3. After momentum was established with the Google Ads and Local SEO, they reinvested into longer term organic search engine optimisation (SEO) which over time resulted in their website being ranked number one across 20+ large keywords for the industry and resulting in 5-10x traffic and organic lead generation increases. 
4. With The Pressure Cleaning Guys now dominating Google search and getting a lion’s share of the traffic, we retargeted everyone that didn’t convert from Google with great ads on social media to ensure that TPCG stayed front of mind to anyone that had not tried their amazing service yet. This led to 10-20 additional enquiries coming in every month with minimal extra spend. 
5. After we grew their results across multiple platforms we re-optimised and redeveloped their website, very careful to not lose any Google rankings to give their customers an even better online experience and increase their conversion rate yet again. 
6. Finally, we launched campaigns and organic SEO pushes on their commercial services to achieve their goal of launching a successful and growing commercial division. 

Results:

Over the last 3 years, The Pressure Cleaning Guys has grown into Perth’s largest privately owned residential and commercial pressure cleaning company. They have consistently been growing their leads, sales and 5 star reviews across their service range. On search engines, they rank number 1-2 across all their core target keywords on both local rankings and organic rankings. Their Google Ads campaign is reliably producing great results week in week out. 

Harry and Jaxon have both stepped out of any “on the tools” roles and manage the multi 7 figure business while working as chiropractors and mining engineers.

FUTURE GROWTH:
